The opening times of all Nurseries are between 6.30am and 7pm. Within these hours we have a variety of sessions available for children to suit individual family requirements. So whether it is a couple of sessions a week you are looking for; simply to provide your child with opportunities to mix with other children of their own age or you need full or part time care so that you can return or continue to work, please call the Nursery Manager who will be more than happy to assist you. Telephone numbers are on our Contact Us Page.
Eligible parents can access their entitlement to free education for 3 & 4 year olds from the term following their 3rd birthday - for precise term start dates please speak to the Nursery Manager as these may change each year in line with Lincolnshire County Council's academic year.
We also have free sessions available for eligible 2 year olds whose parents are in receipt of working families tax credits (above £545.00 per annum) or income support or other income related benefits or where children have additional needs or a disability. Please enquire with the Nursery to see if you would be eligible for 15 hours of free childcare and education or click on the link below and get a instant decision for Lincolnshire County Council.
It is our aim to be as flexible as possible for parents, therefore, if you require any extra hours one week or a shift place because your hours of attendance at nursery and days will change each week to suit your work patterns, then please discuss this with the Site Manager. We also offer daily rates, shorter day rates, sessions so that there is a nursery price package for everyone! Managers try their very best accommodate extra bookings, as long as there is availability on that day.
Running late ?? Don't worry, we can all be unavoidably late. Please just telephone the Nursery and we will arrange extra childcare for you. We always call parents who do not arrive to collect their child after 30 minutes, just incase you have arranged for someone else to do this for you and they have been delayed.
If you are unable to collect your child personally, we will require advance notification of this and photographic ID of the person collecting your child and they will always need to state your password before your child can be released into their care. You can call us to provide a password should an unplanned event arise or your can register this password with the Nursery when you child first joins.
